The idea for this experiment came from a few different sources that I have stumbled upon. Basically, when left out in the air (either just sitting on a shelf, or in a tupperware container), a McDonald's Happy Meal will not mold. I want to see this for myself, but also take it to another level.
I went to McDonald's on my way home from work on Monday, 11/22/10. I bought a Hamburger Happy Meal, as well as a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The idea behind getting the chicken sandwich as well is that I want to see what will happen to a "healthier" option on the menu. Most of us don't go to a McDonald's and order a hamburger and fries thinking that it is something healthy for us. But many people will order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with the assumption that it is healthy.
